Dr. Susan Tan Luo, Ph.D., Chairman and CEO of GateTrade - Dr. Luo has over twenty years of hands-on experience in the international trading world. She was President and a member of the Board of Directors of the National Institute of Oilseed Products (NIOP). For over two years she served as the Managing Director of a Netherlands based European edible oil import-export and marketing business. She has been an executive officer and advisor of edible oil production and marketing companies in the US and Malaysia, and also general manager of a coconut oil manufacturing company in the Philippines. She was originally trained as an aeronautical engineer. She is a member and former co-chair of the executive advisory board, Center for the Pacific Rim at the University of San Francisco and was a member of the board of directors of San Francisco Beautiful. Dr. Luo obtained her Bachelor, Master and Ph.D. in Engineering Sciences from Purdue University.

Ms. Beverly Miller, C.P.A., M.B.A., Chief Financial Officer - Ms. Miller obtained her bachelor's degree in Business Administration from California State University Chico and her Master in Business Administration from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, California. She spent seven years working for a public accounting firm rounding her experience in taxation, consultation, audit and review of financial statements. During the early 1990's, Ms. Miller began focusing on budgeting and finance in the public sector. For the past several years she has managed a $120 million dollar budget for the Federal Government. She participates on national committees formulating policy and procedures for the Federal agency and prepares budget formulation and justification that is presented to the United States Congress. In addition, Ms. Miller has had oversight responsibility for managing all administrative functions (contracting, finance, personnel and support service). Ms. Miller is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Ms. Gina Watt, Chief Technology Officer - Ms. Watt worked as a Solutions Services Consultant at Kana Communications, a leading provider of enterprise relationship management (eRM) solutions. Her responsibilities include scoping and developing custom solutions for the Kana product suites to meet individual customer needs. Prior to joining Kana Communications, Ms. Watt worked as a Product Operations Technical Project Lead at Embark.com, creators of leading web-based technologies that streamline the higher education admissions process. Her responsibilities included project planning for her team, training new developers and solving high priority issues for the live website. Ms. Watt earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Mr. Gary Sipos, Chief Marketing Officer - Mr. Sipos, MBA, AIF®, has over 25 years of business and marketing experience in Silicon Valley which included a fourteen year career with Hewlett-Packard. In addition, he worked with successful startup companies in senior management positions including Chief Operations Officer at Alyanza that was acquired by NIKU (NASDAQ: NIKU). Gary has led marketing teams at major companies, with documented results of doubling the client base within one year. Gary also founded Angell Consulting that provided business owners and professionals with strategic business and marketing solutions in alignment with their business goals. Gary has earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (or AIF®) professional designation, awarded by the Center for Fiduciary Studies, which is associated with the University of Pittsburg. Gary graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and a minor in Computer Science. He earned an M.B.A. from St. Mary´s College and a certificate in Manufacturing and Production Operations from Stanford University and he was a candidate in the Masters of Science in Electrical Engineering program at Stanford University. Gary and his wife, Dr. Lisa Harpenau, live in San Francisco, CA., with their two standard poodles, Kobe and Arthur. Gary lists Biblical research, chess, 1959 Corvette restoration, volunteering through the Kiwanis organization, and an inordinate amount of dog walking as a few of his favorite activities.

Mr. Edwin Barr, Business Development - Mr. Barr has 28 years of experience in the commodities industry in various capacities, as a commodity broker, floor trader, physical market dealmaker and senior member of the executive management team for Lehman Bros' futures division. He also owned memberships on two of the world's largest futures exchanges. He has managed two NASD broker dealers. He has a long history of trading physical commodities in Latin America, Canada and Europe. As a past member of the Chicago Board of Trade he served on various committees such as Business Conduct, Rules and the committee for International Expansion. Under his leadership Mr. Barr managed Lehman's futures market sales in its greatest period of growth and into a position of dominant market share. He served Lehman's futures division for 17 years, and as an EVP was a key member of the management team with sales and exchange responsibility for the Tokyo, Chicago, and New York offices.

Mr. David Watt, VP of Marketing and Sales - Mr. Watt has 10 years of experience in sales and marketing at high technology companies. He has a strong track record of consistently exceeding sales goals and has sold to many Fortune 100 companies. Mr. Watt was most recently responsible for helping his previous company establish itself in two new markets, Oil & Gas and manufacturing. He has been a regional sales representative, sales manager for value added resellers (VAR) and worldwide marketing manager. He graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Mr. Marc Luo, Technical Team - Mr. Luo is currently working for Telogy Networks, a Texas Instruments Company, as a Senior Member of Technical Staff. Marc's duties include pre and post sale's support worldwide, with a concentration on integration of Telogy's Voice over IP DSP software. Prior to Telogy, Mr. Luo was a lead software engineer for multiple companies with responsibilities for Litton's Radar Warning Receiver, FMC's Diagnostic Subsystem for the M2-A3 Bradley Infantry Fighting Vehicle and the Bradley Desktop Trainer. Mr. Luo received his B.S. in Computer Science from California State University, Long Beach.

Dr. Philip Friedman - Ph.D. in Economics from MIT, is the President of Golden Gate University. His interests include industrial economics, corporate joint ventures, applied econometrics, banking and financial intermediaries, financial markets, econometric history, and management policy. He was chair of the Council of Economic Advisors, a cabinet level office in President Clinton's Administration. His corporate consulting assignments include Digital Equipment, I.T.T., Georgia-Pacific, Guilford Mills ,United Guaranty, Precision Fabrics, Harbor Investment Group, 1st Home Federal, the U.S. Department of Transportation, and other firms, banks, and financial institutions.

Paul E. (Gene) Bryant - Mr. Bryant retired after 45 years experience in the agricultural business. He has worked in cash commodities for over 25 years. During those years he worked for Pillsbury, Continental Grain (V.P.), and A. E. Staley (Director of Exports). For the last 20 years he has worked in the futures and options business with the firms of Dean Witter (V.P.), E F Hutton (V.P.), Shearson Lehman (V.P.), Oconnor and Company (Managing Director) and ABN AMRO, Inc (Sr. V.P.). He was an active member of the Chicago Board of Trade, The National Grain Trade Council (Director), National Grain and Feed Association, NIOP, and American Fats and Oils. He holds a B.S. in economics from Memphis State where he also did graduate work in economics and finance.

George Foster - Dr. Foster's teaching and research interests are globalization strategies of new ventures, entry strategies of ventures into the U.S., and cost management analysis. He is active in venture capital, and the Silicon Valley business community. He directs the Executive Program for Growing Companies at Stanford University and teaches a popular MBA course on "Managing to IPO." He works with MBA's in the development of business plans. He has also been awarded the Distinguished Teaching Award by the Stanford MBA students. Companies he has worked with include Apple Computer, ARCO, Australian Stock Exchange, Borland, DEC, Exxon Corp., Frito-Lay, Hewlett Packard, McDonald's Corp., and PepsiCo. Dr. Foster received a Bachelor and Master's Degree in Economics (first class honors and University medal) from The University of Sydney and a Ph.D. degree in business from Stanford University.

Alberto Haddad - Mr. Haddad is the Boston-based Managing Partner of Melcion, Chassagne & Compagnie. He advises entrepreneurs and supports them in the development of their projects. Prior to Melcion, Chassagne & Compagnie, Mr. Haddad ran his own advisory company, Technology Square Partners and acted as the CEO-US for France-based Startup Avenue and an advisor to Cambridge Incubator, New England's largest technology incubator. He spent five years as a consultant with McKinsey & Company advising Fortune 100 clients. He also spearheaded McKinsey's efforts in the Middle East establishing their offices in the UAE. Mr. Haddad held various senior management positions at Eastman Kodak. Mr. Haddad holds a Msc (MBA) from MIT Sloan, a diplome in international business and Finance (Ecofi) from the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris, and a B.A. in Economics from the American University of Beirut.

Don MacShane - Mr. MacShane has 20 years of experience in the equities and fixed income markets with Merrill Lynch, E.F Hutton and Lehman Brothers. As the Owner and President of MacShane Capital Management Company, Inc., a 12-year-old investment advisory firm, Mr. MacShane specializes in trading fixed income markets for his clients on a discretionary basis. He is a graduate from the University of Texas with a degree in Economics.

Harry W True - Mr. True is the Director of Global Commodity Purchasing with Frito-Lay. In this capacity he is responsible for the global purchasing of all edible oils for Frito-Lay, Inc. He is the past President and a member of the Board of Directors of the National Institute of Oilseed Products (NIOP).

George Yee - Mr. Yee's early days were spent sharpening his trading skills as one of San Francisco's best-known Commodity Traders. He brings to GateTrade his vast experience in International commerce and finance dating back to 1960. As a Partner of Bear Stearns for over ten years, Mr. Yee was responsible for establishing commodity-clearing relationships for the Asian market in addition to his management responsibilities in San Francisco. Presently, Mr. Yee is a managing director and senior strategist for Pan Asia, a hedge fund, specializing in trading funds for Asian investors.

Ong Chan Hwa, Managing Director - Mr. Ong Chan Hwa has over 32 years experience in the vegetable oil and fats industry, starting from plantations to refineries, consumer packaging and specialty oils & fats. Mr. Ong was the managing director of AAA Oils & Fats Pte. Ltd., Managing Director of Karlsamns (Malaysia), General Manager of Phoenix Saguara (M) and Commercial Development Manager of Socoil Corporation. He has extensive international experience working with diverse countries and cultures including Russia, India, Pakistan, Malaysia, and others. Mr. Ong has a bachelor's degree of economics with honors from the University of Malaya.

Mahmood bin Ismail, Agriculture Specialist at GateTrade - Mr. Ismail has over 17 years experience in the edible oils commodity industry. Mr. Ismail was the CEO of Kosma Consolidated Bhd, a palm oil plantation and mill, was CEO of PKPS Holdings Bhd, in oil palm plantation, mills & rubber plantations and was director of Mistui Soko, a warehousing and freight forwarder. Mr. Ismail is a graduate of the Royal Military College and was a squadron commander with the armored division of the Malaysian Armed Forces.

Mr. Charlie Lee Keng Hoe, Trader of GateTrade - Mr. Charlie Lee Keng Hoe has over six years of edible oil market trading experience. HIs experiences include trader with AAK Group and Safic-Alcan (malaysia). Mr. Lee holds a bachelors degree of business in marketing and management from the University of Technology, Sydney.
